Founding in Albury
Greenstreat opened its doors with a simple but radical commitment: source as much fresh produce as possible from local farmers in our hometown of Albury. By building these direct relationships, we ensured that our ingredients didn't just taste better—they supported the community and reduced food miles from day one.

The Spark of Change
We made our first move toward sustainable packaging by introducing the Sabert bowl. We also launched our 'Bring Your Own Bowl' program, empowering our community to take part in the solution and reducing thousands of single-use items from entering the waste stream.

Closing the Loop
Sustainability isn't just about what comes in; it's about what goes out. We engaged local food wastage services to ensure that end-of-night surplus or prep waste is diverted from landfills and utilized responsibly, turning potential waste into a resource.

Brewing Innovation
Innovation took a unique turn as we introduced cutlery made from repurposed coffee bean husks. By utilizing a byproduct that would otherwise be discarded, we provided a sustainable, high-quality alternative to traditional disposables.

Precision & Performance
We conducted high-level analysis and R&D into our serving utensils and portioning guidelines. By optimizing exactly how we serve, we’ve ensured maximum product usage and minimal ingredient wastage across all locations.

Building the Future
Our commitment to the planet moved from the bowl to the walls. We began researching and developing venue builds that utilize plant-based building materials. We also launched our proprietary Greenstreat Bowl with a custom, sustainable plant-based lid.

Redefining the Toss
2025 & BeyondOur current R&D is focused on removing the mess and wastage associated with traditional salad tossing. By engineering out 'flying ingredients,' we are improving meal consistency for our customers, eliminating prep mess, and drastically increasing service speed—a win for our team, our fans, and the planet.
